Didn't get the custom-shaped pillow you visualized? No worries, we'll craft it again. While these special pillows aren't returnable, we'll keep at it until you're smiling.
Bean Bag Return Assurance
If you've ordered a standard bean bag and need to return it, please start the return process within 10 days of receiving it, ensuring it's in its untouched, original packaging. However, if your bean bag was customized, we don't offer refunds, mirroring our policy for custom shaped pillows. For these customized bean bags, our commitment is to ensure it matches your expectations, and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that return shipping costs are handled by the customer.

Not in love with a product from our collection or in-stock decor? You have a 15-day window from delivery to decide. Products should be unused and in their original packing. Post the 15 days, we can't process returns or exchanges.
