Should the custom-shaped pillow you receive not be exactly the one you provided, don't worry. While these personalized items can't be returned, our commitment is to continue the work until it matches to the image you uploaded.
To ensure your custom product is on point with your vision, please remember to include any specific notes or instructions under the "image needs fixing" tab during your order process. If you've ordered a standard bean bag and need to return it, please start the return process within 10 days of receiving it, ensuring it's in its untouched, original packaging. However, if your bean bag was customized, we don't offer refunds, mirroring our policy for custom shaped pillows. For these customized bean bags, our commitment is to ensure it matches your expectations, and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that return shipping costs are handled by the customer.

Not in love with a product from our collection or in-stock decor? You have a 15-day window from delivery to decide. Products should be unused and in their original packing. Post the 15 days, we can't process returns or exchanges.
