Custom Shaped

Every order comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if your custom-shaped pillow does not look like the picture you submitted or doesn't match the specifications, we'll remake it until it turns out right!  Custom products are not eligible for a refund at any time. 

Collection pillows

We welcome all returns/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30-day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
