Bean Bag Delivery Assurance

Bean bags, given their custom craftsmanship, have a delivery estimate of 15-20 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your bean bag is perfectly tailored for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand decisions can change. For any alterations or cancellations, please reach out within 24 hours of your order. After this, we're already crafting your special product, making further changes a bit tricky.

Our Exchange Commitment

We're passionate about delivering perfection. If your custom product isn't exactly as you expected or shows any imperfections, we're here to set it right. While we can't process returns for custom products, we'll happily adjust until it aligns with your vision.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Custom Shaped Pillows

Didn't get the custom-shaped pillow you visualized? No worries, we'll craft it again. While these special pillows aren't returnable, we'll keep at it until you're smiling.

Bean Bag Return Assurance

If you've ordered a standard bean bag and need to return it, please start the return process within 10 days of receiving it, ensuring it's in its untouched, original packaging. However, if your bean bag was customized, we don't offer refunds, mirroring our policy for custom shaped pillows. For these customized bean bags, our commitment is to ensure it matches your expectations, and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note that return shipping costs are handled by the customer.

Collection Pillows & In-Stock Decor Returns

Not in love with a product from our collection or in-stock decor? You have a 15-day window from delivery to decide. Products should be unused and in their original packing. Post the 15 days, we can't process returns or exchanges.
